Gites de Cognac

Welcome to the Cognac area of the Charente in South West France near to the historic town of Cognac.
Situated in the commune of Segonzac, the traditional capital of the finest Cognac producing area, we offer two options for a luxurious and totally relaxing holiday.
The first is a one bedroom gite, Le Cerisier.
The other is a studio apartment, Le Rosier.

Le Cerisier

Le Cerisier is an upside down luxury gite.
On the first floor It has a lounge area and a fully fitted kitchen, whilst downstairs there is a bedroom and a separate modern shower room.
Also downstairs is the access to the private courtyard garden.
The balcony outside the front doors overlooks the garden, swimming pool and the surrounding vineyards.
For guests' use there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers.

Le Rosier

Le Rosier is a recently completed first floor luxury studio apartment.
It has a fully fitted kitchen, a modern shower room, a superking sized bed and a modern reclining sofa.
Le Rosier faces north so the apartment stays cool on the hottest of days.
There is a local road serving other hamlets to the front of the apartment.
For total flexibility bookings for Le Rosier are based on a nightly rate.
