sofa.
All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are here, including
UK Freesat television and free Wi-Fi.
There are views over the local Cognac vines and rolling countryside
from the large french doors with Juliette balcony.
Le Rosier faces north so stays cool on the hottest of days.
The swimming pool is shaded by umbrellas and a large pergola with
grape vines growing overhead. For those balmy summer evenings the
pool and poolside area can be lit.
The local road serving other hamlets is to the front of the apartment
has light daytime traffic and very limited night time traffic.
Bookings for Le Rosier are based on a nightly rate (minimum 3 night)
but for longer stays (7 nights plus) rates are reduced.
